Hi,dr3wguitarguy
The problem with your music is not the format, but it failed the manual review.
You can try to optimize the arrangement or mixing quality of the music.Thank you

09/11/2025 at 22:58 #4087475Hi! I have the same problem with midi file. My progect was declined many time. Last project I added the same midi and was correct. Do always the same and wasn’t problem. I have added all midi, mp3 in one zip file. Why your system are rejected ?
Send me solution of this problem plese.Thank you!
09/12/2025 at 09:13 #4087546Hi,Tanellka
Because Ai can generate stems now, the track audio file cannot be used as proof now
Now you need to have a complete midi file. If it is scattered audio or midi track files, the music cannot pass the review.
Thank you for your understanding10/31/2025 at 16:37 #4100552Hello!
I’ve got this message for the last time:
Your uploaded item “[del](Please combine the separate MIDI files into one unified MIDI file.)Dramatic Brave (5 Versions)” was declined. What does it mean? How can i combine different midi (different instruments in separate tracks) in to one single?
This is new for me and i had never saw this error in previous time.Thank you.
11/03/2025 at 09:02 #4100836Hello, Synthezx
now uploaded MIDI files must be combined into a single complete file. Files with separate tracks will not pass the review. Thank you for your understanding.
11/03/2025 at 19:14 #4101049But if I attach only one MIDI file, the system warns that this is not enough and rejects my entire upload.
11/04/2025 at 08:43 #4101095Hi,Synthezx
Please make your uploaded MIDI file as complete as possible. Files with too little information, such as only 1kb or 2kb, may be rejected.
05/27/2026 at 14:59 #4171605Hello,
I’m trying to upload a track, but during the Original Certification process it says that the project is “too simple” and asks for MIDI files. The issue is that I rarely use MIDI in my productions. Most of my tracks are created using live recorded guitars and bass, along with WAV files and my own samples.
All of my music is completely original and written and recorded by me. I’ve been on this site for a long time, and I’m planning to upload many more tracks in the future. However, most of them will also not contain MIDI files, since I mainly work with live audio recordings rather than MIDI-based production.
I would appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you.
05/28/2026 at 08:59 #4172273Hi,Katunyamusic
I will forward your feedback to the review department. If you genuinely did not use MIDI in your production, you can add a written statement to your supporting documents to facilitate further verification by the reviewers.
Thank you.
05/28/2026 at 16:19 #4172601I have resubmitted the files together with the written statement regarding the absence of MIDI data in the project. Hopefully this will help with the verification process.
Thank you again for your assistance.
05/29/2026 at 09:38 #4173102Hi,Katunyamusic
