What is an “original certification”?
An “original certification” is something to ensure that your music is legal and original. Due to the cause of Chinese local market regulations, original certifications are necessary.
I lost some projects of my tracks, am I allowed to upload these tracks on your site in this case?
Sorry but we are afraid that we need certifications of every track.
How can I get them?
A. MIDI works: Upload a zip with at least one screenshot of your channels and an exported complete MIDI file of your project.
B. Recording works: Upload a zip with at least one screenshot of your channels and exported audio files of all sub-tracked instruments.
C. Works with Lead vocals: Besides the files mentioned in A & B, a single track of lead vocals is also needed. These files are for certify only, buyers would not have them.
Guide to get Original Certification
A.MIDI works
(1) Screenshot of music channels
(2) Exporting MIDI file
B. Recording works
(1) Screenshot of music channels
(2) Exporting audio file
Attentions:
1. This guidance based on Logic Pro, will not apply to all kind of sequencer software.
2. Under following circumstances the review may not pass.
(1) The Original Certification is not complete
(2) Necessary information is missing
(3) What you uploaded it’s not a zip file
3. We don’t recommend you to upload your project directly, for protecting yourself from copyright infringement. We Apologize for a great deal of work it might cause. Thank you all for your cooperation and understanding!
12/13/2018 at 22:03 #835481Hello! I sent all the documents) Can I start downloading tracks? I still have a question on original certification) If I have midi and audio in my project, then there should be only one screenshot?
12/17/2018 at 16:10 #838203Hi DeviMusic,
We saw that your work “Football France” is published. Please do the same when uploading.
Thanks.
01/16/2019 at 05:43 #855148Hello!
I’m trying to upload my first track and can’t understand one thing.
The dupload conditions is written: “Recording works for the lead instrument track”. I want to upload the export of all tracks and the archive weighs 250 megabytes, and you have a upload limit of 100 megabytes. Since you need to upload screenshots and midi tracks and all tracks in audio format if this all will always lead more than 100 megabytes.
01/16/2019 at 10:05 #855201Hi Saturn,
Would you like to convert your original or source file into 16bit version and then try to upload again?
Hope that helps.
BTW, we could discuss under only one topic https://100audio.com/en/topic/841538/#post-855197
Nice day!
01/24/2019 at 16:38 #872623if my work consists of my guitar and sampler records. Why do I need midi?what in this case? This is a terribly uncomfortable system!
01/24/2019 at 16:57 #872681Hi RedTigerAudio,
For your case, we think It would be better to upload the track-separated audio files of recorded instruments.
01/24/2019 at 21:09 #873629I turn my midi files to audio files before mixing process. So do i have to export all the channells as audio files?
01/24/2019 at 22:42 #874107But when i export the channels it exceeds 250 mb. Can i convert them to mp3 to reduce the size;?
01/25/2019 at 12:02 #877334Hi ihsandincer,
You don’t have to export all the channels. One of the main melodies is enough.
It is ok to convert them to mp3 to reduce the size.
Hope that helps.
01/25/2019 at 20:32 #879781Thank you very much!
03/06/2019 at 13:29 #955462Hi! What if I record totally live track, which has no MIDI in it?
03/06/2019 at 13:50 #955514Hi PeachPie,
The recorded ZIP file can be uploaded from the audio file of the melody instrument track.
Hope that helps.03/20/2019 at 13:23 #973102Hi
1. I’m using Abelton Live 10 for my projects. According to my knowledge, Abelton Live does not support exporting all midi to one file, you can only do it clip by clip.
should i export every single midi clip separately and then upload them all?
2 Some of my VST instruments have internal arpeggiator or sequencer, so the midi export does not express the actual melody\notes of the track. is it a problem?03/20/2019 at 14:23 #973164Hi LionMusic,
1. You can export the midi file of a single melody track or the mp3 audio of a single melody instrument as the certificate.
2. It’s not a problem.
Have a great day!03/21/2019 at 02:12 #973761Thank you!
04/02/2019 at 21:52 #995311I signed all the documents and now you will have a screenshot from every project? Sorry, but that proves nothing. You can´t hear what´s in the wave on a picture. It takes too much time to upload a track.
04/03/2019 at 10:38 #996421Hi LeChuckz,
Due to Chinese local market regulations, original certifications are necessary for authors.
An “original certification” is something to ensure that your music is legal and original.
Please understand that and hope that helps.04/03/2019 at 16:15 #996807Hi, I thought original certification was for one time only, there is no way to do it for all files, this really ruined all the attraction.
Many of my projects have a different name than the track title, it’s impossible for me to detect each one of them within 1000+ projects. Not to mention, many of my projects are old and they’ve been produced in a different d.a.w. and vsti. I can not possibly install every plugin to just to get the knowledge which is lead meleody. And it really is not a proof of anything, it can easily be faked, in fact, it is easier to fake it than to wasting huge time for each file like this.Is there anything alternative you can recommend? I’ve chosen 130 tracks for advance earnings, but I can barely hit 30, can I change the upload number?
04/03/2019 at 17:14 #996863Hi Epikton,
Due to Chinese local market regulations, it’s necessary to offer original certifications to protect your works. It will prove that your music is legal and original.
We are still trying to provide authors with more convenient services meanwhile.
Hope for your understanding and please abide by the rules now.Have a good day!
