This is the latest notice from the finance department. The commission review may take a long time now. Thank you for your understanding.
We will submit the payment materials to the bank after receiving your application. Due to the current foreign exchange policy, the review and operation cycle of each remittance will be extended. Please refer to the system confirmation email you received for the specific remittance progress.

01/06/2025 at 19:04 #3971144Hello! It is not entirely clear why my sale amounted to so little, and in the field where the revenue for the sale should be displayed, the “Non-recoverable amount” is shown?

How much did the income from this track amount to and why?01/08/2025 at 09:10 #3972144Hi,DeniOz
Each sale has a 30-day commission freeze period. The amount of commission displayed is the unfrozen amount. After the expiration date, it will be automatically unfrozen and can be withdrawn. Recently, a large customer purchased music in bulk. Because of the use of large coupons, there is a certain discount. Thank you for your understanding.

The problem now is that as long as the recipient uses a Russian ID or a Russian sanctioned bank, the bank will refuse to pay.
The bank you mentioned has not been used by anyone else for payment yet. If it is a Russian bank, it is likely that it will not work.
Most Russian authors now use bank accounts in other countries and corresponding non-Russian IDs to receive payments.
Thank you05/07/2025 at 16:46 #4032315Any news about Paypal or Payoneer Payments? Are they possible now for EU countries?
05/08/2025 at 09:18 #4032527Hi,BozzProduction
Paypal or Payoneer cannot be used for the time being because they cannot be used for tax declaration. Currently, commissions can only be paid through bank transfer
It is the same for all countries, and European regions also need to pay through banks
Thank you for your understanding
07/23/2025 at 03:42 #4067684Здравствуйте! Могу ли я выводить средства через платежную систему Capitalist (SWIFT)? Они просят составить с вами договор как с юридическим лицом
07/23/2025 at 09:02 #4067728Hi,IoannGuitar
Due to sanctions, Swift cannot be used in Russian banks and will be rejected by the bank.
Now Russian authors can only receive payments through banks in other countries
Thank you for your understanding

I have asked the financial department. For the sake of risk control, such agreements are usually not signed separately, and Chinese banks will also conduct reviews. Payments related to Russia are unsuccessful.
So currently we recommend using banks in other neighboring countries, such as Kazakhstan, etc.Thank you for your understanding
