    How to make a withdrawal?

    The authors could ask for withdrawal by sending us requests by using this page.

    When can I receive my payment?

    1. We will settle all applications received between the 16th of the last month and 15th of the current month on the 20th of any given month (postponed to the next workday if it is a weekend or a statutory holiday). For example, on September 15th, all applications received from August 16th to September 15th will be settled.
    2. Normally authors would receive AROUND each 20th if withdrawal requests are approved and the payment info is correct. (There may be several days earlier or later during this cross-border transaction.) If you have not received your payment for a while and have doubts, you can follow the forum ’s monthly issue producer posts and take the corresponding action. If the payment fails due to an error in the information provided by the author, the additional handling fee and corresponding liability shall be borne by the author. (We recommend that you carefully check the payment information you provide. The handling fee caused by the error will be deducted by the bank, resulting in less money you would receive. )

    How can I receive my payment? Can I choose Paypal or Payoneer?

    Technically we support PayPal and Payoneer. Due to national regulations and political reasons, we are experiencing difficulties making US dollars payments with PayPal and Payoneer.

    100Audio now uses bank transfer(SWIFT) for your commissions, starting from October 2018. For revising or updating your bank information, you could use this page.

    How to complete and revise my payment information? 

    You can complete the bank information on the registration page. If you intend to revise or change the bank information already existed, please check out this page to provide the new one.

    What should I do after revising or providing my payment information?

    After providing the bank information, we will review and send the Payment Agreement within one to two working days to the authors’ registered email. If there is no problem, the authors should sign the file and send it back to 100Audio.

    After receiving the author’s signed back document, we will process it within one to two working days and inform the author whether this file is approved or rejected by mail. Authors whose payment information pass will receive the file we sign. We then will settle the authors’ payment according to the latest information confirmed on the Payment Agreement from the author.

    How do I know if my bank information passed?

    If authors haven’t received our feedback for a while, please check whether the document we sent is in the junk mail or whether authors have sent back the signed documents. For any other questions, authors can contact us directly by leaving a message under this post. We will help according to the actual progress of the author.

    What is the meaning of the Unextractable Amount on my earnings page?

    With the development of 100Audio, the number of clients and tracks is increasing. Inevitably, the possibility of refunds from some clients and the default of the musicians is increasing.

    So we made the following update:From September 2019, every new commission sold by all authors will be temporarily frozen and only can be withdrawn after seven days. Although we found some authors have violated the rules after one month, we currently only count the seven-day freeze time.

    I had one low-priced sale, how to check it for more details?

    After great effort, we have improved the function of checking your payment details, now you can check the details of the whole order through your single commission. The method to check is as follows:

    MY MUSIC→EARNINGS→click the button of ‘Payment Details’(choose which the order you want to learn).

    Make everything public and transparent is as our creed all the time, this update means you can have an overview of the whole order, and see the number of items in this order and more details (including Payment Status,Date,Discount(s),Tax,Subtotal,Total Price(after discount)).

    How is a big order produced? What’s the model of the off-line sale?

    As for the price-fixing of the big order, we usually bargain the total price but not the discount rate with our clients, so it’s more like an Agreement on commercial orders rather than music purchases in general. We called this mode an off-line sale. we have a sales team to submit the bids and negotiate with clients about big trades. In this case, it’s uncertain whether these orders can stick. The genuine process is not, for example, from $8,388 to $1,618, but from 0 to $1,618. We have no further details about whether other non-China platforms have such business model, but in view of mechanism and circumstances in China, we need this model, and these two models would coexist.

    It’s easy to see that the mode of on-line sale is and will play a major role in this industry while the off-line mode would benefit us and all authors as an auxiliary mode. This flexible business model is not uncommon in China, the competition in this industry in China is becoming increasingly fierce, but we can say our price of orders in the off-line sale is high in China, some other similar China platforms may even offer a price for 1 dollar per track.

    There are some other valuable features of this kind of orders:

    It’s worth noting that orders like this big trade are uncommon, or we can say it is rare to have such opportunities to sell such big bulks. It’s not difficult to find out that there is no lack of items which have never sold before, including many musicians who have low sales before. To some extent, these orders have given sale chances to more authors, it’s easier for the items to be sold from 0 to 1 in this way, and it might make these items shot up the sales ranking possible. Another situation can also prove it distinctly, which is, we can also find other topics talking about this because these orders involve a great number of authors. Besides, due to the limited amount of the items in the cart, customers are not able to add their items in only one batch, so the actual item number of this order is more than which shown on the page.

We are trying our best to increase our market reach,for more authors’ profits and better cooperation between all musicians and us. This mode is definitely fruitful for both authors and us, and we will continuously do this. Meanwhile, we will also make the orders transparent like we always do.     100 audio let me sign 63% ratio agreement. Now i see it is 70 percent, but i still receive 63 percent… what to do???

    Authors’ commission rates are the same all the time.
    From this link, https://100audio.com/en/help/settlement/ 63% is the ratio after being deducted the extra fees including handling fees from your banks. We present you with the net pay rate.

    We used Payoneer before last October. However, because of strict regulations from our bank, Bank Transfer(SWIFT) is our only payment method for now .

    Authors’ earnings will be settled on 20th each month((postponed to the next workday if it is a weekend or a statutory holiday).
    We will pay you by bank transfer (SWIFT) if the bank info and withdrawal application you have submitted are without error.

    1. Right now, my account has a negative value in the Total Unpaid section, is this the money from Earnings in Advance?
    2. What is the minimum amount before I can make a withdrawal, and do I have to pay any fees?

    1. We pay the advanced earnings before, then the advanced money will offset the amount of your sale until they are even. The negative number displayed on your page is the money left that should be offset.
    2. The advanced earnings you could get depends on the application you applied before. You could refer to this link: https://100audio.com/en/topic/612655/
    3. Authors need to pay extra fees including handling fees charged from your bank.

    Hello,
    I wanted to request a withdrawal. So I updated my bank info and recived Payment Supplementary Agreement from You.
    But then I realised that I wrote wrong account number. I wrote account number in my local currency instead of account number in USD. So I need to fill application for update my profile once again.
    Can You please cancel my application and Payment Supplementary Agreement (I haven’t signed it and haven’t sent it to You) because I need to change bank’s account number (name and address of bank are the same).
    On website to update profile informations I can see status “YOUR APPLICATION IS PENDING REVIEW…” I mean:
