    所上传的音频文件为MP3格式，文件大小也未超出最大限制，以及不同格式的手持身份证照片，这两项都上传不成功，急急急！！！

    截图已上传，不只是MP3，照片也是上传失败

    我们没有发现有其他人反映过这个问题，而且检查过网站的上传功能是正常的。您可以考虑更换网络环境或者浏览器尝试上传。
