    We have checked the process of your withdrawal, up to now everything has been successful, you will receive your payment in the coming days if all goes well. The exact time of receiving your money depends on the actual condition of your beneficiary bank.

    We have received your withdrawal application on November 21th and it’s valid. Generally, we settle all withdrawal applications received from the 16th of the last month to 15th of the current month on the 20th of any given month (postponed to the next workday if it is a weekend or a statutory holiday). So you will receive your payment arround the 20th of next month.
