I have been uploading a number of tracks without any problem They were all MIDI files. Now I uploaded 5 track that are all files with audio tracks. In the confirm I included an audio export of the whole song.
All these track also have R&B in the title, maybe the “&” sign is a problem. Can you please let me know what I should change. See attached screenshot on the rejected tracks.
Best regards

Recently we deleted a number of tracks because our legal apartment has dealt with many infringements of using music works beyond the authorization. In most cases, we need strong proof of certifications to successfully defend your rights. You can click the link to get more details: https://100audio.com/en/topic/2431446/
Therefore we re-checked the previous certifications and deleted some tracks with only one MP3 file as certifications which were hard to prove originality.
You can click the link to re-upload:https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/?task=products&status=trash. You needn’t re-typing titles, description or tags when pressing “Re-upload” to re-upload.05/18/2021 12:06 #2432675Hi, YPG

In the case of Non Exclusive authors, how will you know from which vendor website the track has been misused?
Thanks
05/18/2021 13:44 #2432816Hi 100Audio-Team,
I got the same notification today with a track called “Dusty western Rock”.
Never had a single rejection on your site (which of course isn’t an excuse but would suprise me with this particular track).I included a screenshot and two audio files of the Main Lead instruments as ususal, packed in a zip-file also as ususal.
Any help or hint why the track has gotten rejected would be highly appreciated.
Thank you!

1. There’re two possibilities: network error or special characters in documents you uploaded.

thank you for your ultra quick reply.
Howerever it leaves me with the question what exactly is wrong with my uploads.
As a certification I have included:
– A screenshot (jpg) of the whole Studio One-session
– An mp3 (320kb) of the Main Acoustic guitar (Main section)
– another mp3 (320kb) of the Main Electric Guitar (Main section)Before I re-upload and get rejected again: Do you need more tracks? Do the files have to be longer? Can you point out what the exact matter is?
Sorry for taking away your time! I just want to know how to upload to 100Audio correctly again.
Thank you very much in advance!
Andy05/18/2021 14:51 #2433015I’ve got me to rejection example “Ambient Bright Electronic Tech” you have rejected “MANUALLY” after 2 weeks on waiting for manual review on the reason that the track CANNOT BE PROVED. I double checked and I have the Midi project screenshot, solo instrument screenshot, by the way not every composition is having clear solo instruments,as I understood we choose and instrument then soloit and bounce that part out from the project into an mp3 file and I have already uploaded projects with hundreds so I know how to do it.
Now you are rejecting compositions that makes our/mine time to be waisted!!!
This puts us in a complicated situation and your platform becomes a headache!!!
You should support and help us and make UPLOADING easy and efficient!!! Not to complicate OUR life’s!!!
ALREADY takes a lot of TIME and MONEY in ADVANCE from us to INVEST in buying equipment , Composing the songs, preparing for upload…. and then even if we follow RULES of upload you REJECT TRACKS/DELETE TRACKS … sometimes by your AI “automator” machine and other times by reviewers who decide that tracks cannot be proved on whatever reason…
You see this is NOW a moment where it is NOT FAIR!!! It’s just NOT FAIR what you are DOING with your contributors….
PLEASE RE-ANALYSE YOUR ACTIONS AND CHANGE!!!05/18/2021 15:07 #2433054OK this is CLEAR NOW!
But I have a QUESTION???
When your “legal apartment” “apartment”= department i hope, deals with this tracks that are being used illegally and your department drags into court/justice the companies that are breaching the law and you WIN those processes and by that you obtain the right of copyright protection of the composition but your financial claims also that has been evaluated (“increase, decrease or change the claims ” ) and you demand that financial compensation to be payed by the company who has breached the low and got financial benefits upon the usage of the composition – will contributors apart of having their “copyright” protected have in these cases be compensated for their “financial” lose that the writer/composer is suffering also????05/18/2021 15:33 #2433097Hi, MEMACMIDI

Therefore we re-checked the previous certifications and deleted some tracks with only one MP3 file as certifications which were hard to prove originality. You’d better upload complete MIDI files or MP3 files with multiple main melodies as far as possible.
You can click the link to re-upload:https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/?task=products&status=trash. You don’t need to re-type titles, description or tags when pressing “Re-upload” to re-upload.(the new function of re-uploading tracks:https://100audio.com/en/topic/2423139/)05/18/2021 17:24 #2433441I think it is unfair that after we have fulfilled all the upload conditions, you still delete the files that were published some time ago. Many of us do not save certification files and projects after approval, so it seems impossible to reupload the files again. In this way you’re ruining the months of our hard work. How we can be shure, that you will not do that again in the future? This looks like 100audio becomes a not reliable platform.
05/18/2021 17:59 #2433604Hi,AFSounds
You’d better upload complete MIDI files or MP3 files with multiple main melodies as far as possible which are more detailed to prove originality. The key matter is uploading more detailed certifications.
05/18/2021 18:07 #2433625Hello 100Audio-Sussie!
Can you please tell to everybody – what we should put in the zip file to maximum guarantee of track approval?
MIDI file, mp3 of melody 1 track, scan in jpeg, what else?05/18/2021 19:06 #2433836I will re-upload a file. I think I know what I did wrong.

05/18/2021 19:12 #2433844Hi MEMACMIDI,
please let me know, because in my case I have no idea what I could have done wrong.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks colleague!
Andy05/19/2021 01:42 #2434555I was about to sign the new documents, but they are password protected and can’t be edited, so Adobe Acrobat Reader can’t sign them, and Adobe’s own site says “Error: We cannot process this file because it is an unsupported format or is password protected.” when trying to upload them for signing. How can I sign the documents? When I signed them originally, the pdf’s could be signed with Acrobat Reader
