I have four tracks rejected, “Your uploaded item “[del]（This item cannot be proved）________” was declined.” May I get more information on why it cannot be proved? Were you able to open the certificates? I am not sure of what is the reason, I also have problems to open the certificate by clicking on it directly but if I open up my DAW first and open within the DAW, I am able open the certificate. If that is the problem, I may need to send screenshots? IF this is not the case, please give me more insights. Thank you.

Yes, dear, we could not open the certificate and only find an empty file.
We would suggest that you could export the midi files of the main melody as the original certification proof.
It may be a better choice for you.

I will export them as midi files. Please check and see if You are able to retrieve the certificate.
I have uploaded one as the original certificate. If you still can’t open that. Open the second one where I export as midi files. Thank you
