I am considering signing an exclusive contract with 100Audio and would like to clarify the geographical scope of the exclusivity. Is the exclusivity restricted only to the territory of China, or does it apply worldwide? I want to ensure I fully understand my rights regarding the commercialization of my tracks on other platforms outside of China before signing the contract.”

The exclusive agreement only restricts music uploads within China; overseas platforms are not subject to the restrictions.
