Hey. I want to sign contract with the platform but I have a question.
Placing a track uploaded to 100Audio on any other site gives a Chinese company a legal basis to recognize this as a direct violation of clause 5.3. This action activates the liability mechanism under paragraph 13.2.3, which provides for the collection of a fixed fine of $20,000 from the author for violation of the terms of the contract.

To ensure that you can freely sell downloadable tracks on other sites, clause 5.3 is subject to mandatory exclusion. The contract must contain wording that directly guarantees your right to non-exclusive sublicensing and commercialization of the transferred works through any third-party services, because it’s non-exclusive contract, is it?

    Hi,

Only exclusive contracts have the restrictions you mentioned.

If you sign a non-exclusive contract, we do not restrict you from uploading your music to any other platform.

    thank you
