    Hello,

My Agreement (Exclusive in China) ends on 2026-06-17
Would you please change my contract agreement from exclusive to non-exclusive?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,Biofunky

The operations department will handle your case after your contract expires.

Do I just need to wait for the contract to expire so I can create a new non-exclusive contract? If I click **”Click to Generate Renewing Contract”**, will I be unable to choose a non-exclusive contract? Thanks

    Hi,Biofunky

You can click the “Renew” button first. After the operations department receives your renewal request, they will change it to a non-exclusive contract. Then you can download, sign, and upload it to complete the renewal.

    thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for the explanation. I have clicked the “Renew” button as you suggested.
However, on the document upload page, the system still shows the exclusivity as “China-exclusive (Contract Renew)” and generated an exclusive contract draft.
Could you please notify the operations department to change it to a non-exclusive contract on their end so I can download, sign, and upload the correct version?

    Thank you!

    Hi,Biofunky

The operations department has changed to a non-exclusive contract; you can check it again.

    Hi,

I am reviewing the contract and the Letter of Authorization (LOA). I noticed a direct conflict between the contract type and the wording in the LOA. The opening paragraph of the LOA states: “…and SHALL NOT grant any third party other than the Entrusted Party such authorization.” As a non-exclusive artist, this restriction is legally unacceptable because it prevents me from granting similar distribution and management rights to other platforms

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your updated documents.

    Best regards,

    Hi,Biofunky

I’ve checked for you, and this is just the content of the agency agreement, related only to orders sold, and unrelated to your music uploads.

You signed a non-exclusive contract; we will not restrict your uploads to any website, so you can rest assured.
