    At present, we still haven’t received your payment from your intermediary bank, so we can’t re-send you for the time being.
    As cross-border transaction involves several intermediary banks, we can not know where your payment is. So you could enquire your beneficiary bank directly which intermediary bank holds your payment and inform the intermediary bank return the payment to Bank of Shanghai. Then we can resend it to you.
