    售出音乐后，只收到邮件，没有收到短信提醒。是什么原因？还有如何查询买到哪家公司了

    因为客户购买后还没有填写相关项目的内容，您可以过段时间再查看售出音乐的具体信息。

    如果是客户过后再填写项目内容，还会发短信吗？ 我也遇到了相同的情况。

    这边的通知规则是：客户购买完会收到作品售出的邮件，等客户填写好相关项目内容后，才会收到短信
