我没有明白你们所说的独家是指音乐人独家还是作品独家，假设我在100audio申请的是中国独家并上传了qq和网易上没上传过的音乐，在qq或网易上上传在100audio里没有上传过的其他音乐，会违反合同吗您好，
独家音乐人所指的是：音乐人在100Audio内上传的音乐仅可在100Audio平台出售，不可在中华人民共和国范围内的其他渠道出售。如果在国内其他音乐平台发现上架了在100audio上已有的作品，会构成违规。
