  您好，有个疑问，国内外制作人普遍会穿插使用正版以及破解版软件和软音源采样音色等进行创作，那么音乐内容为原创但是音色采样或插件等不是正版，那么这种情况是否会引起版权纠纷遭到索赔呢？
