  主体资质及授权作品权属审查材料、提供授权作品的交易材料（包括但不限于肖像权拍摄许可、私人财产拍摄许可、创作说明、作者简介等），并应保证所提供材料的真实性、完整性。

  上述资料都要提交吗？
