    Hi, I tried to upgrade from non-exclusive to China exclusive. I received the email, clicked the link and opened the page with the button to “DOWNLOAD YOUR RAW DOCUMENTS”, I click on the button but I can’t download the pdf file (instead it takes me to the home page of your site).

    We suggest you could try to click the link again when your account is log in or right-click and “save as”. If you still cannot download the file, we have emailed the downloaded PDF file to you, please check the inbox of your email.

    Hi Celia, sorry but the link is still not working, and if I try to Save as it saves a html page instead of the pdf.
    And I didn’t receive the email with the pdf attached. Could you please try to re-send it? Thank you, Davide
