    Hello.

    Today I had 2 sales with ” Music License 2 – Business” and only with $4.85 author share?

    Is this mistake or bug?

    dear staff, whats happening why are you dumping the price? IT has to be 45USD not 8 USD…

    please DONT drop the value of our labour!

    I recieved $6.61 on a $84 item. How can or could they give a discount of $68.23???????

    Guys, this is still quite strange.

    Serious stockmarkets do not rip off the authors with such “discounts”.

    it could be not 45 USD, but say, minimum 30 USD. But not that 6-8 USD… this is quite strange.

    Please, if you are intending to do discounts, take charges out of YOUR PART of the income, not AUTHOR’s part. This coronavirus delays made MUCH STRESS, now you guys do this “joke incomes” stuff… I work on other stocks they pay in time, and they DONT DO such DISCOUNTS for the cost of the authors.

    please, in future, DO NOT do discounts for the cost of the authors. If you are willing to do so sake of the clients, you guys have your big part in the ratio that you can freely use for the discounts.

    In my opinion, nothing bad happened.
    This happens very rarely, in my opinion this is a single case.
    100Audio also makes a discount on his part.

    Thanks for everyone doing a frank discussion about the problem. Firstly, we posted a related topic on the forum to discuss with you about one year ago and we received positive support (https://100audio.com/en/topic/1128932/), so we were much more confident to try such services this year. Before this order, there were some other orders of 200-300 tracks with pretty high total price this year which has created a lot of sales for authors.
    Secondly, the competition in this industry in China is becoming increasingly fierce. Some other similar platforms may even offer customers a price for 1 dollar per track. 100Audio has never hidden any order to any author so far. Even if there is a discount, every discount is public. We try to make everything public and transparent.
    Of course, we were not doing so well to show you the information about the orders. For now, it only shows you single items of orders, which we realized is confusing without an overview of the whole orders. In fact, one order often contains multiple tracks. After that, We are going to optimize this and show you more details of each order.

    After great effort, we have improved the function of checking your payment details , now you can check the details of the whole order through your single comission. It means you can have an overview of the whole order, and see the number of items in this order and more details (including Payment Status，Date，Discount(s)，Tax，Subtotal，Total Price(after discount)). The method to check is as follows:
    
MY MUSIC→EARNINGS→click the button of ‘Payment Details’（choose which the order you want to learn）.
