    Hello guys!
I was doing whole evening this original certification for you and attached all the files in zip archive that you are asking for but I got this e-mail:

Your uploaded item “[del][Automator:No Original Certification]Upbeat Business Corporate Music” was declined.

How can it be? I attached original certification – inside the zip were all the screenshots of music and mixer channels, mp3 of the leading instrument, midi of the project! Please tell me what is wrong?

It’s interesting that I uploaded 2 tracks at the same time and the second one is already approved and live. And I did the same thing with both tracks, attached the same information to both of tracks.

    Hi,AZStudio

This rejection was the operation of the automatic pre-trial system, the details are as follows:
No Original Certification: The Original Certification is empty, please check whether the document has been uploaded successfully.
We suggest you ensure the network environment is smooth when uploading, or you can try to change another browser. Apparently it also might be a problem of zip file, so another method is compressing the Original Certification again.

    More about uploading please check:https://100audio.com/en/topic/1018070/

Thank you for the answer, 100Market-JaNaeo, I’m sure I uploaded that zip file successfully and it was not empty. Ok I’ll try to do it again.
