贵平台有关上传每首音乐都必须提供相应的原创证明“midi文件+截图”或者“主旋律mp3文件+截图”这一点，我司与海外总部进行了商议沟通，基于我们庞大作品库的现状，总部回复如下：
we are very sorry but there is absolutely no way that will be possible for us-we have over 5000 tracks! Many of these have been produced over many years and there would actually be no way at all of providing what you require even if we wanted to!
We have most of these tracks with other international libraries about 10 in total – none in China – and we’ve never seen a request like this before!据此我想跟贵平台再做沟通：我们是否可以用整个音乐库的“版权/著作权书面证明”来代替每首作品的“midi文件+截图”或者“主旋律mp3文件+截图”？

中国的音乐版权市场相对国外一直比较混乱，还是处于起步阶段，所以目前平台无法完全照搬国外版权市场的作法——仅靠音乐人单方面的书面证明。况且每个地方的证明方式也都不一样，另外如果在国内出现了版权纠纷，工程文件才是最有力的证据。迄今为止平台上所有上线了的音乐作品都是提交了原创证明的，这是对所有音乐人的统一上传规则，所以我们无法为任何人或厂牌开特权，希望能理解。
