  如果我签了独家，但是在100audio发表了作品A售卖,又在网易发表了作品B免费欣赏那种，这个算违约吗

  您好，
  1，我们签约的是音乐人的作品，只要确保你不把上传给100audio的作品A的版权，出售或交给其他人代理或者上传到其他网站。
  2，上传网易云的B音乐也不可以再上传到100Audio。
  符合以上两点，即不属于违约。
