    您是可以注册成音乐人的，不过如果您之后将部分作品授权为我司的独家，那这部分作品就不得在其他平台或途径销售，授权给网易云的作品当然也不能在我们网站上出售，我们的独家指的是作品。
    是否违反其他平台的规定就要您查看对方的条款了
