In case you would like to upgrade your item’s license, you can apply a request to our online customer service, within 30days after you’ve purchased it.

Please include your order and account number in the request.

Customer service will confirm this info and upgrade the license after you make-up the difference.
After upgrading, there will be a new order and the former one will be withdrawn.

Note:The upgrade can only be done in one account for the exact product.
