It is the closing song of my piano solo album “Last Rain OP.1”, which is the Pluvial Nocturne:Piano Solo Last Rain Ⅰ in C Minor OP. A replica of 1, a song in C minor, with the theme of beautiful and quiet rain. The Pluvial Nocturnea is more popular. It chooses to use 6/8 beats for writing. The prelude starts with arpeggios with three tones in groups to create a light rain atmosphere. In chord progression, it boldly uses five levels and four levels forbidden in classical music. The anti-function creates an unresolved sense of listening, making the melody and atmosphere more continuous and quiet. Later, in the development of interlude melody, Dorian mode was borrowed to create a sense of comfort and expectation with 6 degrees to describe the timeliness of the light rain. Then chord was constructed with root sound downward. The mood changed to calm and profound, making the whole song’s feelings tend to be quiet and elegant.
