“Heavy Snow” starts with a long note, Pad’s tone is like the breath of heaven and earth. The piano emerges with a trio of motives, like snowflakes swirling and dancing in the silence, light and numerous. Then enter the main melody of the zither, accompanied by synthesizer pad and bell, like snow light and micro-trembling ice crystals intertwined and flashing.
Then, the strings spread out calmly, continuing the theme with gentle and affectionate brushstrokes, combining the cold and beauty of winter into the same picture: both the north wind rolling the ground and the silent tenderness of heavy snow.
