This is a Lo-Fi hip-hop (Chillhop) soundtrack with a sense of urban relaxation and healing. In terms of sound design, I deliberately retained the warm noise of vinyl records to create a unique texture of “retro and imperfect. The music is based on the extremely lazy, elastic Boom Bap drum beat, which is paved with a soft Rhodes electric piano and deep bass lines. The ethereal vocals interspersed with them are even more divine, bringing the audience instantly into an afternoon full of sunshine, coffee aroma and leisurely pace, with no anxiety, only pure relaxation.
