    Hello!

I have carefully reviewed the contract with 100Audio and am very concerned about the clauses that require the author to pay huge penalties for each violation, even if they prove their authorship.

This creates a situation where anyone can claim to be the author of my compositions, and all the financial risks associated with investigations and legal costs fall on me—the author.

Such a condition seems unfair and unbearable for most musicians, especially beginners. It effectively shifts all responsibility and risks onto the author, rather than the platform or the claimant.

Please clarify how the platform plans to protect authors from unfounded claims and why the author alone must bear such enormous financial risks. Is there any possibility to revise or soften these terms?

I would appreciate answers and support from the community.

    Hi,

The situation you mentioned of someone impersonating someone else is not very common. The problem of violation should be considered according to the actual situation. We will not impose penalties arbitrarily, so you don’t have to worry too much about it.

Most of the existing penalties are due to problems with the author’s personal copyright, and we have a complaint mechanism, and there will be dedicated colleagues to communicate with you

    Thank you
