When uploading, I often get Php Fatal Error message. What could be the reason for that ?

Is all the upload files will be the case, or is there one file that is the case?

We have a particularly troublesome question:
In China, Chinese users to visit foreign sites will be very slow, at the same time, foreign users visit the Chinese website will be very slow
So the Chinese users rarely go to visit foreign sites, because we have “GFW”
So when you upload files on our website, will encounter such a problem, which is a problem for us, we have to optimize it

Our servers are in Hong Kong, which is much better than in mainland China.
What is the speed of your upload? If there is any bad experience, please tell me that I will try to solve.

Untill now I got this error message when trying to upload 2 different tracks. I will try to upload those tracks again and see if the problem returns.
Other tracks I had no problem uploading. As far as I can see, there was nothing special in those 2 problematic tracks that might cause this error.
Perhaps it was a connection issue. I will try again later on and tell you the results.

Regarding uploading speed – sometimes uploading a 80M file can take about 1 hour. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes. Sometimes I get an http error.

Well, it happened twice ( with 2 different tracks ). Other tracks I’m uploading there is no problem.
I tried to figure out why those 2 tracks where denied but I couldnt notice anything special about those 2.
I will soon try to upload them again, and we’ll see.

Regarding the uploading speed :
sometimes is going smooth – about 20 minutes for a 80M file.
sometimes it takes an hour.
sometimes it takes a few hours and them I get an http error.

Please take your time for making 100audio perfect… We love this platform.

I uploaded my first track. It was pretty fast.
But when I try to upload the next one I get HTTP error.
I tried to clear cookies, restart my comp… but no luck.

We use the cloud firewall,
I found that firewalls often block foreign IP, but it do not block local IPs.
So before I can not reproduce this bug
I modified firewall setting, it looks better than before.

Hi Paul,
yes I uploaded some files. It was just a short period of time when it worked well, but after few tracks uploaded, the error turned back.
A few minutes ago I got the same http error using Chrome, but then it went well with Internet Explorer. I will prepare more tracks and will try it again with IE.

The zip file I uploaded today is 72Mb. but I got this error also with files like 20-30Mb
When I say “small files” I mean the certification files, they are just a few Kb in size.

At first it work, after few tracks uploaded it’s not work
This is because the connection frequency reaches a certain level, the cloud firewall think this is an attack
I have set the firewall rules, but it does not seem to work，I now completely closed the firewall
