I’ve done a check on some of my recent uploads and in each case when the customer hits “play”, they will hear a variation/edit instead of my main track. The main track always appears to be “version 2” in the package. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s most important that the customer hears the main track first.

So as you say, there is a problem with how the system is ordering multiple versions. However, I can’t “upload it again” because how do I know what order the system will put the tracks in? It is also time consuming for me to go through the process of deleting and re-uploading so this makes no sense.

I’d be grateful if you could please look into this in more detail as we need to be certain that the main track is appearing first in the list of versions. I have clearly labelled my tracks in the upload process so it should be clear which the main one is.
