I recently applied as an author and just now received a notification on my mobile phone that my application was accepted and a Contract was sent to the email address I registered. However, I’ve checked my email, including the spam folder, but it hasn’t arrived yet.
Could you please send it again? Or should I wait a little longer?
(By the way, when I registered my account, I did receive a confirmation email from 100Audio, so emails should be getting through, and my email address should be correct.)

Also, I might have signed it incorrectly. I printed out the PDF of the Contract documents and signed them by hand, then took a photo and uploaded it. Is this the correct procedure?

the operation department has received your signed document, but because the photo you took is not clear enough, it does not meet the requirements. So they refused.
1. The signature must be handwritten, electronic signatures cannot be used.
2. We recommend that you scan the complete contract pdf file with a scanner, or provide a contract photo that is as complete and clear as possible (all pages and your signature page)
