    Hello!
    I received an SMS:
    “[100Audio]Dear IKVaudio, your author application has been approved! We have sent the contract to your registered email. Please read carefully, sign and send it back to us as soon as possible following the guidelines in the email.”

    But I never received an e-mail and I can’t sign the contract. What should I do in such a situation?

    Hi，

    Please check if our mail is mistaken as spam in your mailbox. There have been cases where the mail was wrongly intercepted before.
