We have been notified by the Bank of China that due to the current war in Ukraine, transfers to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus will be suspended.

We need to transfer money through the transit bank in the United States. But the United States has recently introduced a series of sanctions policies. The commission cannot be smoothly transferred to the banks in the above three countries.

In addition, due to the control of the Chinese government’s anti-money laundering policy, we cannot use online payment tools such as paypal or payoneer now, because we cannot violate Chinese laws and regulations.

Therefore, we will temporarily stop transferring funds to the authors in the above three countries. After the war situation stabilizes, we will contact the bank and then transfer commission one after another.

We will also actively maintain communication with the bank and hope to resume as soon as possible.
