I have received a draft contract in your editorial office, but I am afraid to sign it, since there are all signs of a formal transaction in some points of the contract – (requirements of sanctions, as interim measures of fulfillment of obligations, in the amount of $ 20,000), which is not permissible from the point of view of both Russian and international private law. I am very sorry that your company has such contract terms and I am particularly sorry that cooperation on such terms with the 100 AUDIO resource is unlikely.
