Hello,
I attached the screenshot for the issue: my contract is expiring soon but I can’t seem to find any button to download and submit the new one as instructed. Is this some kind of error? Thanks!

Cause I didn’t find the answer to that in the forum posts.

According to regulations on our site, China-exclusive or exclusive authors are not able to downgrade to non-exclusive authors. But you could open a new account with Non-Exclusive Agreement.
