    Hi AlgorithmDream,

    You are the Worldwide-Exclusive author on our site, the Worldwide-Exclusive account can apply for downgrading to the China-Exclusive account at present, but not to the Non-Exclusive account.

    If you have the plan that gets a Non-Exclusive account, you can apply for a new account with another email account.
