We wrote the conditions of receiving the redeemable amount in the Violation Notice in advance, removing all tracks which involved the violation within a month can get a part of the total penalty amount, it’s clear in the notice. You can check the page of submitting the application carefully, if the author chooses the Operation of Downgrading, there is an extra-fine for the difference amount between (China-)Exclusive and Non-Exclusive.
But now, after the application approved, the restriction of withdrawal of you is removed. Do you think there is not any fine after a violation occurred as long as then resolved?

The agreement cannot be modified for personal reasons freely. The Punitive measures are only for the author who has Breached the contract, please don’t put a wrong construction on it. Once again, I try to tell you that you haven’t received the redeemable amount only because the time of settlement did not meet the deadline we have given. You are the Signatory with us, liability for Breach of Contract needs to be accepted by the responsible party. But step back and say, why you agree to the distribution service of your distributor but not consider your exclusive agreement on other platforms at all?
“only took a decision that only benefits”? When the Exclusive author upload the works which are already on 100Audio to anywhere, did we haven’t any loss?
Please stop the defamation and slander,if you attempt to smear us continuously, we have the right to take legal actions available at law. And the posts that aim at misleading deliberately would be deleted, please follow the general principles of the forum for a better environment for communication.

I’ve explained the reason before but take a look at the screenshot. My distributor’s support even told me that they didn’t clearly understand why my works were available on those chinese platforms. Their takedown’s service didn’t work on those platforms. I don’t know if there’s someone from the distribution team hid their mistakes but honestly it wasn’t to my knowledge. Human error did happen.
The reason why It took forever to take down my works because I had to wait for the result of takedowns from my distributor until I decided to hire someone else who could help me mediate between me and those platforms customer services. Also some of their responses are very slow and unexpected so I feel sorry about that.I clearly understand the damages, I’m also responsible to those who already bought my works might complain about the exclusivity of the items, that is why I kept working on the takedowns and never try to run away from my responsibility. You can see the final result even it was painful, I always have good faith so I hope you understand because I believe you have good faith and wisdom too. You can learn from my situation and forgive me so I can continue to upload my works again this year. Thank you for trying to review this problem.

I have terminated my account on my distributor so I hope this will not happen again but in case this happens in the future, I’m experienced in removing music on those platforms.

That’s a horse of another color, we can’t artificially remove sanction for an author involved in violation though the author has a reasonable attitude on resolving the problem, hope you can understand that.

It’s a template mail sent by the system, the key point of this mail is the number of the percentage (the variable value), so it looks a bit inconsistent if the percentage is 0%, but relevant staff wrote the notes below to clarify the final solution for your application of appeal.

All remaining tracks will be deleted in the coming days as I terminated the agreement with Tencent. I just sent a submission, but would like to ask you wait a few days, please!!!
