After I submitted my bank information I received the confirmation email but I didn’t receive the document which I need to sign (see the screenshot below).
You might entered a wrong interface, the right interface would generate a document automatically for you. Our relevant staff have contact with you last week and told you the right interface to fill out. We have already received your request and sent a new confirmation E-mail to you, please sign it out and send back. Waiting for your good news!
