Good day! I have 2 accounts, one is exclusive in China and the second is completely exclusive. I want to leave only 1 of them, which is exclusive in China, and remove the second from the site and delete all tracks from this account, so that I can upload them to other audio stocks. How should I do it?
05/22/2020 00:21 #1808628Would like to see response to this one too.
05/25/2020 18:25 #1813637Hi, AudioMarket
Sorry, for Exclusive authors, if there are no copyright issues involved in principle, we would not accept to delete the account.05/25/2020 23:50 #1814034But if the continuity of the 1 year long agreement has not being re-signed and a composer doesn’t wish to continue and stop the agreement and delete account then it should be totally normal to do so even worthless any copyright issues appearing imo. Do you have a party of agreement stating clearly what you’ve said?
05/28/2020 16:17 #1818734Hi,KirillB
You are a China-Exclusive author on our site, as described in the contract, Article 3, ‘The Agreement has an automatic extended term, and the first term of validity is five years from the date of both parties’ signing or sealing.’ So it’s not only 1 year on our agreement.
With regard to ‘the author cannot delete items uploaded at will’, we can find the corresponding description in Article 2.3, ‘Within the validity period of the Agreement, as long as Party A uploads its works on Party B’s platform website, it shall not arbitrarily edit, delete and remove the works without Party B’s written approval’.Hope that helps.

05/29/2020 11:22 #1819940Is it possible to transfer my tracks from an exclusive account and exclusive in China? thereby freeing up an exclusive account and then deleting it?
05/29/2020 15:42 #1820266Hi,AudioMarket
Alright, that’s practicable, if you have thought it over seriously, we will transfer your all items in your Exclusive account to your China-Exclusive account, then your Exclusive account will be deleted. Please apply to EDIT AN ONLINE ITEM (https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/modify/)and list all items(Please attach their links) which you want to transfer in the ‘Notes’ blank.
06/02/2020 12:11 #1826078Hi, AudioMarket
We regret to inform you that we find your Exclusive account has been received the earnings in advance, and the negative number hasn’t been offset through sales. So the process of transfer will not restart until your Total Unpaid turns positive.
06/02/2020 15:59 #1826423Hi, AudioMarket
We also see this circumstance, but there is a regulation in our company, which is, the financial statements can’t operate by hand. Another point is the items which are still in ‘the earnings in advance’ stage cannot be changed the type of account(Agreement). So we can just wait for your Total Unpaid to turn positive(It’s so close now) and then we can apply especially to integrate your extra positive commission(immediately) into the unpaid amount of your China-Exclusive account, and the final commission rates will be same with which in China-Exclusive account, otherwise we can only wait for the Total Unpaid in your Exclusive account reach the Minimum Withdrawable amount.
06/02/2020 17:51 #1826663that is, after the amount on my exclusive account becomes positive, can you transfer all the tracks to another account, and you will not need to re-send each track for transfer? Do you still have my applications for transferring each track?
06/03/2020 18:02 #1828340Hi, AudioMarket
These applications are still valid, please rest assured.
06/05/2020 15:51 #1832203Hi, AudioMarket
The items of the exclusive account has been completely transferred. When your China-exclusive account meets the minimum withdrawal amount, you can apply for withdrawal application, and then we will pay you together with the payment under the exclusive account.06/09/2020 13:14 #1837717Hi, AudioMarket
Your judgment is exact in the first half, but your Exclusive account would not be deleted, because your applications and replies on topics both rely on the existence of this account. But please rest assured, there will be no more changes in this account.
01/21/2021 14:02 #2241457Hello.
I need to transfer tracks from one of my Exclusive China Account (to which I will not upload anything else) to my Non-Exclusive Account.
I did as you wrote:
“Please apply to EDIT AN ONLINE ITEM (https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/modify/)and list all items(Please attach their links) which you want to transfer in the ‘Notes’ blank.”
But I was refused:
“Published items shall not be transferred for personal reasons freely.”
I want to hear from you, what PERSONAL REASONS are we talking about here?
What is the difficulty of transferring some of MY tracks from MY account to another MY account? Moreover, I ask you to transfer the tracks to the account from which I will receive LESS profit, and you will receive MORE.
On other stock sites, deleting or moving is not as much of a problem as yours.
First of all, these are “MY” tracks and “I” want to use them as “I” want – this is the meaning of many stock sites, but you get that you put your desires ahead of the desires of the authors. Please be with us, musicians, be polite, do not respond with standard answers, because my misunderstanding of your tough position on certain things (you also recently fined me there through no fault of my own, as I tried to explain to you) is puzzling. anger and unwillingness to contact you in the future.
We are musicians, not a big business organization, and we just want to earn a little from our creativity.
I am sure that if you revise your rules for deleting and transferring tracks, abandoning all Exclusives, softening penalties, then more new musicians-users will work with you.) -
