    Hello
When i uploaded my first track ever and i got an automated decline message due technical reasons:
“Your uploaded item “[del][Automator:Certifications need to be ZIP format]Stylish Success” was declined.
If there’s an “Automator” in your title, it means that your item was rejected by the system automatically because of simple problems including but not limited to missing documents and other basic information.”

So i uploaded it again with the correct zip file.
Today i noticed that it is was uploaded twice (in the meanwhile the first upload was approved)

    Please advise

    Hi lionMusic,

    Sorry for causing you troubles.
Factually, you don’t need to worry about that. For the reviewers have already deleted one of the tracks.
Tips: If your track is declined, you can apply for adjustment for your tracks instead of uploading it again, that’s would be better.
    Have a great day!

    Hi LionMusic,

Would you please tell me what the format and the name of the files you uploaded?
Thanks and have a nice day!

    Hi Ronan
Are you referring to my original post?
The name of the files was Urban eleganse_t and urban eleganse_sm. as far as i remember I used 7z to zip them but i think at first i used it in a wrong way so they are in 7z file type instead of zip.
Anyway i saw that the upload is no longer in my “MUSICS” list (although i can still see the files in the “media library”)
    best
