    Hi,
    I just found out that a track I uploaded some time ago, which I thought was in public domain, apparently it’s not.
    I can’t have it for sale here, nor anywhere else, because I can get copyright problems and I don’t want that. I need to remove the track (fortunately it hasn’t made any sales yet).
    Please advise.

    Published items shall not be removed for personal reasons freely. If it is a copyright problem, please submit the application with your reasons and relevant links by clicking https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/modify/

    What does this mean?

    Your uploaded item “[del]（The author asked to be removed.）NAME OF THE SONG (2 Versions)圣诞老人进城来（2版本）” was declined.

    If there’s an “Automator” in your title, it means that your item was rejected by the system automatically because of simple problems including but not limited to missing documents and other basic information.

    I included a link to prove that I’m infringing copyrights! The track must be removed.
    I’ll ask to delete it again on https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/modify/

    We have approved your application to remove this track because of the copyright issues.In this case, this uploaded track would be removed and “declined”.

    You could pay attention to the email content. It is the “track” that we “reject” instead of your application. Hope that helps.
