    Hi there,

    I have about 30 days left of my China-Exclusive contract and would like my next contract to be a Non-Exclusive one. It’s probably a little early to ask for one to sign and upload but, with the Christmas period starting soon, I imagine it will get very busy so I thought it a good idea to bring up now.

    We found that your contract expires on January 2, 2022. Please submit an application on the renewal page one week before expiration. Our colleagues will help you modify the information, and then download the new non-exclusive contract, sign and re-upload it.

    Hi Zhao,

    There are now 6 days until my contract expires but all I see on the contract page is ‘click to generate a renewing contract’ and no way to change the box below it that says ‘china-exclusive’ in it. How exactly do I go about obtaining a non-exclusive contract to download and sign and upload?

    I have notified the relevant colleagues to change your renewal contract. You can refresh the page later, then you should be able to see that the downloaded contract is a non-exclusive version.

    If you want to renew a non-exclusive account, you need to apply after the original exclusive account has expired. A new non-exclusive contract will be issued to you at that time.

    After your contract expires, the music in the original account will be kept for a period of time and cannot be sold temporarily. If you renew the contract, the original music will not change. If the contract is not renewed, all the music will be automatically deleted by the system three months after it expires

    I received an email that my account has been suspended. And I only have the option to renew the China-Exclusive account, but I want to transform my contract into a Non-Exclusive one.
