Hi, I hope all is well. I’ve been reaching out to my distributor to take down all of my tracks from world streaming platforms.
They said my tracks appear to be taken down on Oct. 25th according to their records.
However, the problem is that on 163, QQ, and Kuwo, my tracks are still online.I wrote them an email but there is no luck. My distributor can’t find a solution either.
Now I’m wondering if it is possible for 100audio colleagues to ask their supports to remove my tracks as their sites appear to have restrictions for me and it is now illegal that they still place my tracks over there. or do you have any suggestions?.
Thanks for your understanding.11/04/2020 at 16:21 #2109464Hi, Rainforestaudio
It’s difficult for us to get more information about tracks on these Chinese streaming platforms because it was uploaded by the distributor of you, for reference only, we advise you to communicate this with your distributor more clearly or try to find a channel like a customer service chat on their pages and have a Negotiation with these platforms.
Hope that helps.

ParticipantHi, rainforestaudio
as said by moderator , you must contact with their customer service center for your desired query.11/10/2020 at 14:31 #2119280Hi, JaNaeo.
I would like to request a deadline extension for the violation appeal.
It’s been 2 weeks since I received the notice from you.
I’ve been in contact with my distributor and pushing my support ticket to their manager. As you know, It’s an accident. My releases and takedown requests are problematic in my distributor’s records.
It may have bugs or something on their system because my tracks should never be in 163, QQ, Kuwo at all.
I’ve been working closely with my distributor to solve this problem but for now
all they can offer me is re-take down my tracks so this will take some time until they figure out the problem. It’s beyond my capability to contact those chinese customer supports.
They literally require a wechat, QQ account or else that aren’t not my things.
I also wrote them an email in English but there is no response.
So it is difficult for me to solve this problem without my distributor support.Since it is not my intention to breach contract, I hope you understand my situation. Thanks!

11/13/2020 at 17:10 #2126133Hi, Rainforestaudio
Since you have a certain quantity of violation tracks, according to the situation of your distributor, there may be other potentially violation and not sure when to fix the problem. We can not bear the corresponding risk because of the system problem of your distributor. Therefore, combined with your actual situation, we suggest that you directly submit the violation appeal (https://100audio.com/en/vendor-dashboard/violation-appeal/) and select “NOT all of the tracks involved in violation are able to be removed”, then apply for “application of alternative options” to resolve your violation as soon as possible.
Hope that helps.11/13/2020 at 17:30 #2126179Hi, Celia.
Thank you for your response. My distributor said that they’re working hard to take down some of my tracks stuck in Chinese sites but it needs some time to figure out the problem.
The application page is not available right now. How can I apply for the alternative options?11/15/2020 at 18:37 #2128712Hi, my distributor has successfully taken down my tracks on Xiami, QQ, 163, and Kugo. We are working only on Kuwo now!. Please give us some time to work on it.
