    Hey.
    I have a few questions about the campaign “Earning in Advance”.
    I uploaded all the tracks in accordance with the contract. They all live now but i dont recive any notifications. Is it done? Or im doing something wrong?

    Sorry for the late reply because of our statutory holiday. Your tracks are in the review queue.
    Please wait for the review to decide the final number. Then complete your bank info and apply for withdrawal after all works pass reviewing and are online. Below are the links:

    FYI: We pay our authors around each month‘s 20th（(postponed to the next workday if it is a weekend or a statutory holiday).

    Hi aveoaudio and WaveSudio,

    1. We do not have the notification to remind authors to withdraw earnings so far. The reason is based on our free and democratic principles, which means authors could withdraw at any time they want. To get to know about the flow of uploadings, authors could check at backstage or directly leave a message in our forum and send to our email. We will reply asap.

    2. Moreover, we do have notifications when considering formal documents and necessary operations. For example, authors will get notifications when being approved to participate in the earnings in advance, the rejection mail for the declined tracks or the mail for getting necessary info including bank info to make sure authors will get earnings in time if authors send us withdrawal application and etc.

    3. Our emails are sometimes defined as “spam”. Authors may need to check the junk mailbox, which may be one of the reasons authors could not receive our emails sometimes.

    4. Thanks for your questions and again, authors are warmly welcomed to contact us for anything at our forum or mail directly. We would reply as fast as we could, as always.
