    Hi,

    I made a withdrawal request on 23rd Sept. IS there any limitation on the no. of withdrawal request submitted by authors? and When will the money get transferred to author’s account?

    As long as you have an application commission, your information will be submitted to the bank for review.
    After the review is approved, the bank will notify you by email

    Hello 100.Audio,
    Ive made a selling as vendor on 2021. I have never received money. On my registration page as I insert my Paypal account info, next page asks me for a Bank account info without other choice. I thought a Bank account was an OPTIONAL (as registration page says).
    Is it possible to work only with a PAYPAL account?

    Due to policy reasons, online payment platforms such as paypal cannot be used in China. Now we only support bank transfer

    Hello support,

    can you please explain, why it is possible to buy a music license from your platform via PayPal, but you decline payouts via PayPal?
    Why you still provide a payout method like PayPal, Alipay or Payoneer on your website, if it’s not supported or restricted?
    Do you want to fool people here?

    Because PayPal has no business in China, if you use this payment tool to trade, you cannot file tax returns or issue relevant invoices. So we can’t use PayPal etc for now
