    Hello,

    In the middle of April, I requested a withdrawal of a certain amount (over $280 and less than $1000). Today, it’s April 30th and the withdrawal was not processed. Can you please advise?

    I requested the money (USD1361.21)on March 15 and I have not received it.
    I need it to pay my bills guys!
    I say it here so that it is verified and proof in case of having to report it to the authorities.

    Hi，

    We have no choice now, because the Shanghai government has not notified when the lockdown will be lifted. All businesses and banks etc. have been closed for over two months and we are all locked at home.
    We can only wait for the government’s notice. As soon as normality is restored, we will immediately deal with the accumulated commissions and give you money as soon as possible.
