Regarding the withdrawal, i requested my first withdrawal yesterday, i`ve read that they request will be processed between the 16 of last month and 15 of this one, and send the payment on the 20 of this month. Please let me know if this is correct. And also if my request to withdraw the money was received. Thanks in advance.
