    Hi, how’s everyone?
    I’m having a problem with the contract renewal, it says
    “You have a processing Contract / Authorization, please wait patiently…”

    But I haven’t signed anything yet. How can I fix this?

    I want to renew my contract.
    Is there another way to download the contract and the Letter of Authorisation?

    When I click the Button “CLICK TO GENERATE RENEWING CONTRACT” nothing happens…
