    What is the current situation with withdrawing funds to Russian banks?

    As far as I know, Russian citizens can enter China visa-free as of September 15th.
    This information is 100% accurate.

    What is the current situation with bank transfers from China to Russia?

    The bank’s restriction policy has not been updated yet, and direct transfers to Russian accounts will still be rejected. The operations department will follow up on the latest policy.

    Thank you for your feedback. We also hope that the bank can return to normal as soon as possible. Currently, transferring funds to Russia is still restricted, and we are powerless to do anything about it
