Hi! One of my track was remojected because of: “Single track audio can not be proved, please upload MIDI production project file or more track audio to prove”
The problem is that this is an acoustic guitar composition, so I only have one audio track in the project. I sent a raw, unmixed guitar recording for certification, but it didn’t work. Is there a way to solve this issue?

    Hi,MisterSench

If the original work is a live instrumental recording or has only one track, you need to indicate this in the description.
Usually, if the supporting documents are too simple, such as if there is only one track, the system will reject it during the initial review
    Thank you for your understanding

Ok, I’ll try, but the track was already in manual preview queue?

    Hi,MisterSench

    Manual review will also check
Try not to upload a certification document with only one audio track, because it is likely to fail the review.
    Thank you for your understanding
