    Hi, hope everyone is well.
I’m having huge problems while trying to upload any .zip with tracks, if it’s not a HTTP Error that cuts the upload at 60-70% I’ll end up having a
“Unexpected error” when it’s complete at 100%.

    Any way to fix this?

    Hi,FFerraudio

This problem is usually caused by the unstable network at that time. I have notified the technical department to optimize and solve it.
    Thanks for your feedback

    Thanks for the response.
There’s still no way I can upload anything. Tried with smaller .zip files and a .wav file but nothing seems to work.
I’ll try the FTP route and comment if it works.

Update: Through the 100Market Uploader I don’t seem to have any error when it reaches 100% and it uploaded correctly.

Buuut still having a lot of time-outs.

    Hi,FFerraudio

I have not received feedback from the technical department for the time being, and now the website upload channel is normal. If all the formats and parameters you upload are correct, then it may only be a network problem. It may be a firewall or cache problem. The technical department is working on optimizing it.

    thank you for your understanding

Anything I can do from my side to possibly fix it?

    Hi,FFerraudio

Thank you for your feedback. The technical department will continue to optimize the network and improve upload efficiency.
